Getting Started

Unless otherwise over the limits we impose below, most providers have extremely similar limits. We set our system limits based on the data provided by all our pvodiers with regards to text attachment file sizes and file types. These restrictions apply specifically to our platform, with information from all our providers that we work with with this software,

  • Number of attachments allowed in a single text: 10
  • Image Size Limt is 4.5 MB ( jpg, jpeg, png, gif )
    • Any image sent or received over 4.5 MB and our system will create a thumbail with a filesize under 4.5 MB automatically,.
    • Any image under 4.5 MB will be stored if received and sent raw if sent to your receipiant untouched.
  • 100,000 Innodes ( or files ) soft limit
  • All attachments purge after 365 days

Before you can send a text, you first must choose a provider and activate service thru them and use one of the help guides to make sure you get all the proper settings for your provider set up.

In order to send texts as a business how texts are managed by providers is a bit different these days. You must first have a regular normal mobile number to attach your 10DLC registration to as well as an EIN for your business that's valid. Certain other pieces of information are collected by providers, including your businesses legal name, physical address, and other similar business details. Make sure you have all these on hand before getting started with signing up for service with a new provider.

Absolutely not, Texting App is meant to use in tandem with several different CRM system or independently all by itself.

Application Help

Going over your allotted texts with our "In-House" provider option is not a huge deal at all. By default, the system is set up to auto bill $1.00 USD for every 100 texts that you make. (Incoming or outgoing)

In a sense yes, if you choose to use one of the other providers instead of our "In-House" provider we do not put a texting "cap limit" on how many texts you send. Please be aware though, your provider will of course charge you for every text, although Vonage does have "unlimited texting" options but you'll need to contact their sales team to find out what kind of pricing they have for that.

At this time we have a hard limit of 1,000 contacts set in our system. If for what ever reason you require more than that, please contact support.

We do not limit the number of attachments. We do however limit storage space according to plan. If you need more storage place, we recommend downloading your attachments older than a year and deleting the rest. Another popular method is to download and delete attachments once a month.

Workspace Help

In order to add a new user you need to navigate to the Workspace page and scroll down until you find the "User Management" section. There you'll find both users and groups tabs for you to set up new users.

By default, due to privacy compliance reasons and keeping out platform, network, and application extremely secure, we set your workspace to only be accessiable from the IP address you signed up from. You are however, allowed to add unlimited entries into your Whitelist for other devices, employees, managers, or whom ever you want to have access to your workspace.

As we only asses fees to access our texting app your allowed to change providers on the fly when ever you like. Just navigate to the Workspace page under the "Change Provider" section to do so.

In order to change your billing plan you'll need to contact customer support. The fastest way to do that is by either opening a ticket in your portal or by emailing support@efkolos.com
